By adjusting the filling, you can create the perfect support for your sleeping position, body type, and mattress firmness.
This adjustable pillow is made to fit ANY needs and preferences.
ADJUSTMENT GUIDE:
- Unzip the zipper on the side of the pillow and take out sleeve, opening access to the filling.
- Begin by removing a small portion of filling (one handful) from all zones: neck, sides, center/head.
- Equally spread remaining filling in each zone. Depending on your preferences, you can keep sides, neck and or any zone higher/lower and softer/firmer than others.
- Spread and fluff the filling gently, ensuring there are no visible gaps or formations in the filling.
- Lay down on the pillow (on the side) and ask someone to observe your spine. If you are doing this alone, we recommend setting up your phone in recording mode and checking the recording later. Best is to wear a tailored t-shirt or top, so your neck and spine can be well visible.
- If you see this:

Too low. Add more filling.
If your partner has problems understanding the spinal alignment, following with fingers through the spine towards the neck and observing how the hand moves, will help.

8. Once you've found the ideal level of filling, gently zip up. You are done!
HINT#1: Be patient, you might need 2-4 weeks to get used to the new pillow and start feeling comfortable. After years of maintaining an incorrect spinal alignment, your spine and neck may need time to adapt to the new, more supportive position. Rest assured, after a couple of weeks, you will see the difference!
HINT#2: Store excess filling in a bag for future use, as your preferences and needs may evolve over time. Factors like weight fluctuations, mattress changes, or lifestyle alterations can impact your sleep requirements, making it necessary to revisit your pillow adjustment.
HERE ARE SOME MORE CONCRETE EXAMPLES:
I. Side Sleepers
II. Back Sleepers
Remove 6-7 handfuls of filling. Keep higher support in the neck zone and slightly elevate the side zones for proper alignment on a softer surface.
III. Stomach Sleepers
IV. How to reduce snoring:
- Adjust your pillow to provide proper neck support (follow adjustment guide). Such contoured design helps to keep head, neck, and spine in proper alignment. This alignment can open up your airway and reduce snoring.
- Keep the side zones lifted. Such position with make sure head and neck are fixated in position of most optimal alignment.
- Keep your pillow high. This can be helpful for reducing snoring caused by nasal congestion or sleep apnea.
It's important to note that there is no one-size-fits-all solution for reducing snoring. The best pillow for you will depend on your individual needs and sleeping habits. You may need to experiment with different levels of adjustment to find one that works best for you.
