Because adjusting to a truly personalised sleep experience takes time.

After years of incorrect posture, your spine and neck need time to get used to the new, supportive position, which can seem uncomfortable at first. Keep in mind, this might last a few nights — or even couple of weeks. Just give your body time!

That’s why we give you up to 100 nights to test, find your perfect pillow setup using Lunarto’s adjustable comfort zones and let your body adopt to the new sleeping posture.

 

🔄 How It Works?

1. Adjust your pillow to fit you perfectly

Lunarto’s pillow features 4 comfort zones. You can adjust the height, softness, and support level by simply adding or removing filling in each zone — ensuring your pillow fits you. For more details see our Adjustment guide.

2. Give it time

After adjusting your pillow , sleep on Lunarto for at least 14 nights. Many users find their ideal comfort within the first two weeks after adjusting the fill levels in each zone, but some need more time. It is all individual and depending on the age, pervious sleep position and condition of your cervical spine.

3. Not loving it? No Problem.

If you’re still not satisfied, simply submit the return request form in your account. It is quick and simple. After that we’ll provide you with return instructions.

Once we receive the returned pillow, we’ll process a full refund of your initial order (product value & delivery cost) back to your original payment method. 

 

🚚 Return Shipping

If you return the pillow through our designated collection point (available in each EU country), the return is free of charge.

If you choose to send the parcel by post, shipping costs must be covered by you at the post office.

 

💡 Good to Know

• Feel free to use the pillow during those 100 days (open packaging, adjust filling, test it properly). We do not demand original packaging for the return.
• The 100-night trial applies only to the Lunarto pillow purchased from our official website.
